ASGARD II – ON THIS DAY 1981

  • A brigantine, the Irish national sail training vessel was commissioned on 7 March 1981, and sadly sank in the Bay of Biscay 11 September 2008, 37 km south-west of Belle-Île-en-Mer.

    Asgard II was named after the famous yacht Asgard
